Maître Ruscev is an attorney admitted to the Paris and New York Bars. She holds degrees from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and Cornell Law School, an Ivy League institution.
She specializes in corporate law for startups in France and the United States. After beginning her career at the international law firm NautaDutilh in Luxembourg in the Private Equity M&A practice, where she advised large corporations and investment funds, she joined BOLD Avocats in Paris to focus on high-growth startups. She also serves as a mentor in numerous accelerators and incubators (Station F, e-lab, among others), further strengthening her expertise with entrepreneurs. In 2020, she co-founded Stamina Law with Maître Tondu with the objective of helping French founders expand their products to the United States and raise capital from U.S. investors.

Maître Tondu is an attorney admitted to the Paris Bar. He holds degrees from Paris-Saclay University and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
He began his career at international law firms such as FIDAL and Deloitte Société d’Avocats, where he developed strong expertise in business law. He later completed part of his career in the United States, working with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office in Houston, which enabled him to strengthen his skills in criminal law. In 2020, he co-founded Stamina Law with Maître Ruscev with the objective of helping French founders expand their products to the United States and raise capital from U.S. investors.
