Graduate from the Sorbonne and Cornell universities, Jade holds the Paris and New York bars.
She began her professional career in Luxembourg with the international law firm NautaDuthill, where she represented large companies and American investment funds.
She then joined the BOLD law firm where she helped in the creation and development of startups.
With her experience in corporate law and her knowledge of the startup ecosystem, she decided to found the firm STAMINA LAW in 2020 with the intention of creating a structure finally adapted to startups, capable of putting them in their best dispositions. for the realization of their projects.

Adrien is a member of the Paris Bar and a graduate of the universities of Paris Saclay and Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne.
He began his career with numerous professional experiences in international law firms such as FIDAL and Deloitte Société d'Avocats.
He also acquired expertise in the United States by working for several months with the Harris County District Attorney's Office in Houston.
After starting his own business and working as an off-counsel for STAMINA LAW, Adrien joined this firm to bring his expertise to startups.
